This Doubleday hand-built Broadwing guitar was made with a lightweight Paulownia body and maple cap. It features a root beer top & cherry red back finished in all nitrocellulose. The top has natural masked “binding”. Complete with dual humbucker pickups and a cream pick-guard. All hardware is nickel Kluson hardware. The neck is a one piece quarter sawn hard figured maple, polished off with a thin nitro gloss finish. Sporting a modern C shape with jumbo fret wire at a 12" radius. The pickup is hand wound and carefully wired with a vintage style cloth pushback and braided shield wire. It weighs in at 5 lbs 13 oz.
